Because of our investment of time, coaching, brand design, strategy and implementation we currently do not offer refunds. We work with our clients to create a successful brand and pretty much don’t stop til we’re both jumping for joy.
Depending upon the project level you have chosen, our design work can take anywhere from two weeks to a max of three months (Anything over this time will be an additional service charge). We will set a timeline for your project based on our Discovery Call after we’ve committed to working with each other.
You are responsible for your purchasing your domain, hosting account, website security, SSL certificate and anything else outside of the parameters of what we are going to create for you that are necessary for the pre-building process.
Yes we do! But only for our VIP Experience Clients and it is an additional charge on top of the initial investment. You can check out more details about this project level above.
We’ve learned many valuable lessons booking projects with clients who were uncertain or still in the discovery process. It’s best to know what you’re committing to when it comes to creating your business, prior to booking us for services, or we will be sifting through the mud for months on end. We do offer coaching and consultation services for people still on the fence about their idea and in need of a bit more pregame strategies before they make the investment to launch a business..
