How to Maintain Your Site
A 50% Deposit is due to secure your project with us! This deposit is non-refundable.
Schedule Your Project Discovery Call so we can have a deep dive discussion on your goals for the project! I want to get inside your head and understand everything you desire in a brand!

Within 72 Hours you will receive access to your client portal + be given a special dropbox account for you to upload all your brand checklist items into.
We’re going to take 30 minutes or less to talk about your ideas, goals and vision for this brand!
Inside your portal there will be a series of tests to help us get inside your head and see what kind of brand you want to create. From colors, to fonts to design- we want to learn what makes your come alive when you think of the brand you want to create!
What needs to be on your site? Booking Calendar, Payment Portal, Portfolio? Send us your list!
We’re going to submit a list of comparable brands that exemplify the type of site you’re dreaming of based on your test submissions and application. BUT we also want to see you send us some brands you love too! This will help us come together on our ideas!
We’re going to present two logo ideas, two color palettes, fonts and design elements based on your tests. You have 48 hours to submit edit requests and thoughts or a decision will be made by the team to maintain the integrity of our agreement in step.
Submit your ideas and edits to the portal so we can make another pass over your branding designs.
Based on your feedback, we’re going to submit our edits. You have 24 Hours to send back any final requests. If you need changes outside this 24 hours and did not effectively communicate this, there will be an additional charge of $125 to reopen the branding stage of this project. Our goal is to keep the project moving smoothly!
We’re done! We will submit your final logo, palette, fonts and elements. At the end of the project, we will send you a brand guideline booklet.
We’re going to present to you three pages for review as to the layout of your website designed. This will be based on your dream list, and tests that will walk us through your must haves for the HOME PAGE & SERVICE PAGE. Our goal is to nail down the site layout on this stage before we develop the website in real time. This is where the EDITS to your layout will take place to make the design process smoother! Client has 48 Hours to Submit Edits or communicate their time frame.
We will review your edits to the framework and send back any feedback at this time. Quite like an architect building a highrise, It’s important we get the layout down at this stage so we can build a brand with no surprises!
After receiving your feedback, here’s a second draft of the framework that will help us move smoothly towards website development! Client has 24 hours to approve or submit edits or a decision will be made by the team to maintain the integrity of our agreement in step.
We’re ready to rock! Now that we have our architectural design, let’s move forward with developing your website with this blueprint!
In order to move onto the development stage of the website, a 25% payment of the remaining balance will be due at this time.
At this time all your website copy is due for us to truly develop this website! You will be able to upload the copy for every single page, sales page, legal pages etc. to your dropbox folder. We will provide you a worksheet to assist you in drafting your website copy and your brand message!
At this time all of your images are due for the website. This includes your professional headshots and website images, any graphics for books, programs etc.
At this time we will need a sheet with your social media URLs, Newsletter code, booking calendar links (calendly, acruity, etc)
On our development server, we will submit to you a draft of your website. You will have 48 Hours to submit change requests to the design only. At this stage the framework is secure and we are focused on crafting an incredible design. If framework changes are desired, this will be an additional charge of $250 to go back to the drafting stage of your brand journey.
*Note this is for desktop view only. Once we finalize the design we will then optimize for mobile.

We heard all of your ideas and here’s a second draft of your website! You will have 48 hours to submit your final design changes a decision will be made by the team to maintain the integrity of our agreement in step.
We Did it! This is where we will present to you your final website!
We have optimized your website for mobile and tablets! Time to drive this project to the finish line! We’ve truly enjoyed our journey!
Before moving the website over to your personal server, we require the final project payment of the remaining balance After this, we will move your website over within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated.
Let’s go Live! Send us your hosting account logins so we can move over the site! Please also have a website security package and an SSL certificate for your website!
And just like that, you’re site is online! You as the client have one time courtesy to submit any issues with the website such as links not working, payment portal not connected etc. Anything outside this window be invoiced at an hourly rate of $150 an hour.
NOTE: This does NOT include, design or layout issues. Those requests will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $150 an hour.
If you have social media templates included in your package, we’re going to submit them at this time so that your brand stays consistent across all web channels! If you’d like to add them to your package, you can purchase them below! Remember to upload 15 quotes to the portal so we can create them!
We’ll be emailing you a branding guideline and all project deliverables such as your logos and brand marks! This will help you stay consistent no matter who you work with after our project finale! This is also where we will submit a link to you to learn how to edit your website!
